You sir, have come up with a brilliant idea.
Now getting it noticed is going to be a difficult task. I will be sure to offer a bump on this occasionally to keep it rolling.
A resume packet or dossier of a corporation set to join an Alliance would be useful as well.

This is NOT a lame excuse for a bump.
This system should be implemented as it would do a lot to assist players who are trying to get new corps off the ground, as well as make people seeking corps more available to the cluster. If this system were to come about, I'd suggest a "Job Board" that CEOs could check on a regular basis in-game which would contain up to date resumes.

The resume system should also allow for notes to be added by previous employers as to why they were removed from previous corporations (removed for being Corp spy/thief, inactive, etc).

I support this as recruiting is a gigantic pain in the ****. Especially when you end up with a chat channel filled with nothing but spammers and trolls, and the people actually trying to be recruited are being buried under trolling and spam.
